Customer Benefits & Requirements

  • Coverage for the Life of the engine, transmission/transaxle/transfer case, drive axle and turbocharger/supercharger components at no additional cost to customer.
  • No expiration by time.
  • No expiration by miles.
  • Required services: Customer must perform all of the factory recommended maintenance, as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual, with the selling dealership unless customer lives more than 50 miles from the selling dealer. All services must be performed at a certified licensed repair facility. All required services must be paid for by the customer.

Eligibility & Underwriting Guidelines

ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

  1. All new Nissans vehicles, except ineligibles listed below.
  2. Pre-owned vehicles that are 2015 or newer with 80,000 miles or less – except ineligibles listed below.

INELIGIBLE VEHICLES

  1. All European makes
  2. Altered / Modified Vehicles
  3. Dual Rear Wheel Vehicles
  4. Special Service Vehicles (taxi, livery, commercial towing, construction, rental and etc.)
  5. Twin Turbo Vehicles (except Ford Eco Boost engine & Nissan)
  6. Vehicles Over 1 Ton
  7. Vehicles used for towing or pulling outside of manufacturer’s capacity
  8. Vehicles used for commercial purposes
  9. Diesels

UNDERWRITING GUIDELINES

  1. All factory recommended services must be performed at the selling dealership if customer lives within 50 miles of selling dealership.
  2. Factory recommended services may be performed at any certified licensed repair facility if customer lives more than 50 miles from selling dealership. Service receipts must be provided by the customer when there’s a potential claim.
  3. Lifetime Protection is not cancelable, nor transferable.
  4. 90 days and 4,500 miles must elapse from date of issuance to be eligible for repairs.
